It is often said that remodeling a home ranks right up with divorce and the loss of a loved one.  Jeff Wolf and his team proved to us that just doesn’t have to be the case.  My husband and I recently underwent a major renovation to our home and we were impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of Jeff, his employees, and the subcontractors he brought into our home.  The work was impeccable and the time commitments were honored.  Having built and remodeled several homes in the past, I can hands down say that the experience and outcome were superior to our expectations.  The added bonus was that our home won the NARI award for entire house renovation in the $500,000 – $1,000,000 category for St. Petersburg as well as the entire region which included Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Alabama, and Maryland.

We were referred to Jeff after an unfortunate experience with another builder during our remodel.  Jeff and his team have a commitment to quality and customer service that we have rarely seen in this industry or any other.  Every request we made was a custom request.  Jeff gave us direction, great advice and always ensured our design goals were met.  Jeff has made a commitment across his business to professionalism and consistency.  His entire team are craftsmen who became like our extended family during the months of our project.  Years later, as our home has matured, Jeff has been here without fail to offer his advice every time we have needed it.  We know he is just a phone call away and that we can count on him any time we have a future need.  Working with the Wolfs was an absolute pleasure.  Jeff and Ann have raised the bar in terms of expectations in the homebuilder industry.           

I have worked with Jeff Wolf and his team on a number of projects over the past 12 years.  All were finished on time and on budget.  He understands the client’s needs and desires.  He will work with you until you find the right solution.  I wouldn’t use any other firm.

We had Jeff remodel and make additions to this house at least three different times.  Our boys probably thought he was their uncle who brought neat tools and a stepladder!  When he was adding the second floor, I had some friends over visiting and I remember they were so surprised at the extent of the work being done.  They couldn’t get over how clean he was keeping everything.

          His crew and subcontractors really did a great job for us.  As discombobulating as remodeling can be, you definitely want someone who knows their stuff to be in charge.  In my book that someone would be Jeff.

Jeff Wolf did an excellent job building two homes for us.  Jeff is extremely diligent and responsive, always following up on every detail.  He never hesitated to support us with even the smallest fixes once the project was complete and we had moved in.  Overall an excellent and responsive builder.

This was our second full house to build.  The first one was hell and this one was heaven.  Jeff and the team were incredibly and meticulously thorough from start to finish.  From the first meeting where Ann and Jeff made crucial comments regarding design that we hadn’t noticed, to the final land grading and placement of pavers where Jeff actually laid down on the dirt to make sure rainwater would flow the right way, no detail was left behind.

 

We’ve known Jeff and Ann for over 20 years, and Jeff has built for us since the days when he was doing mostly commercial projects.

          Looking back, we had a dream team to create this house. 

Jeff led the way and we got to participate as much as we wished.  He worked enthusiastically with our architect and interior designer, and they’ve continued teaming up successfully on projects for other clients.

          We appreciate the ‘Jeff Wolf Construction Experience’ because of the exquisite work he inspires in the trades and craftsmen, his ability to problem solve up front so you the homeowner can come out ahead, and his honest heart.  You can always count on hearing the truth from Jeff, even if it’s not what you want to hear, but is what you need to hear.

          After living in this house for several years, we continue to enjoy the result of Jeff’s drive to build homes that make more than just a statement.  This house will long be part of our family’s heritage.  And, because he continues to provide ongoing service we don’t have to worry about repair or routine maintenance issues.  If a storm threatens, we know Jeff and his crew will be here, to help protect our home and property.  It’s that kind of dedication that makes him #1 in our book!
